AZORA Smart Security تطبيق لإدارة أعمال الأمن: الفروع، الزيارات، المواعيد، والفواتير.
مشغّل التطبيق هو Kareem Helmy. هذه السياسة توضّح البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق وكيف تُستخدم.
البيانات التي يجمعها التطبيق
- الحساب: الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني، وكلمة المرور. كلمة المرور تُدار عبر Firebase Authentication ولا تُحفظ كنص داخل التطبيق.
- الملف الشخصي: الاسم، البريد، الهاتف إن أُدخل، الدور، اللغة، المظهر، وحالة الحساب والصلاحيات.
- الفروع: الاسم، العنوان، الهاتف، عدد الكاميرات، واسم العميل. إذا اخترت جهة اتصال من دفتر الهاتف، يُستخدم فقط جهة الاتصال التي تحددها لهذا الفرع. التطبيق لا يرفع دفتر العناوين كاملًا.
- الزيارات: ملاحظات الفحص، نوع الخدمة، الحالة، والمواعيد التي تسجّلها.
- الصور: يمكن للتطبيق أن يطلب صورة من الكاميرا أو المعرض لإرفاقها بزيارة. رفع الصور غير مفعّل حاليًا، لذلك لا تُحفظ صور الزيارات على الخادم في الوقت الحالي.
- الفواتير: اسم العميل، الأصناف، الكميات، الأسعار، الخصم، طريقة الدفع، واسم المستخدم الذي أنشأ الفاتورة.
- إعدادات الفاتورة: اسم الشركة، الهاتف، العنوان، والملاحظات التي تدخلها أنت.
- الإشعارات: التذكيرات تُجدول على الجهاز. يطلب التطبيق أيضًا رمز Firebase Cloud Messaging حتى يتمكن الجهاز من استقبال الإشعارات. الرمز يُستخدم لتوصيل الرسائل فقط، وليس للإعلان.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
نستخدم هذه البيانات لتشغيل التطبيق: تسجيل الدخول، عرض الفروع والزيارات، إنشاء الفواتير وملفات PDF، وإظهار التذكيرات لصاحب الحساب. لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نستخدمها للإعلان.
المشاركة
تُحفظ بيانات الحساب والعمل لدى Google Firebase (Authentication و Cloud Firestore و Cloud Messaging) في مشروع التطبيق. ملف PDF يُنشأ على الجهاز، ولا يُرسل إلى واتساب أو أي تطبيق آخر إلا عندما تضغط أنت زر المشاركة، وإلى الرقم المحفوظ للفرع الذي تختاره.
ما لا نفعله
- لا نتتبّع موقع الجهاز.
- لا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق.
- لا نرفع دفتر جهات الاتصال كاملًا.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف
تبقى البيانات طالما الحساب أو السجل موجود. الفروع المحذوفة تُخفى من التطبيق. يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك والبيانات المرتبطة به بمراسلة البريد أدناه، وسنحذفها ما لم نكن ملزمين بالاحتفاظ بجزء منها لسبب قانوني.
الأطفال
التطبيق مخصّص لإدارة أعمال الأمن وليس موجّهًا للأطفال.
التحديثات
إذا تغيّرت هذه السياسة سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السريان في أعلاها.

Who we are
AZORA Smart Security is a mobile app for security operations: branches, visits, schedules, and invoices.
The app is operated by Kareem Helmy. This policy explains what the app collects and how that information is used.
Package name: com.azora. Effective date: 3 October 2026.
Information the app collects
- Account: name, email address, and password. The password is handled by Firebase Authentication and is not stored in plain text in the app.
- Profile: name, email, phone if you enter one, role, language, theme, account status, and permissions.
- Branches: name, address, phone, camera count, and customer name. If you pick a contact from your address book, only the contact you select is used for that branch. The app does not upload your address book.
- Visits: inspection notes, service type, status, and the schedules you save.
- Photos: the app can ask for a camera or gallery photo to attach to a visit. Photo upload is currently turned off, so visit photos are not stored on the server at this time.
- Invoices: customer name, products, quantities, prices, discount, payment method, and the name of the user who created the invoice.
- Invoice settings: the company name, phone, address, and notes you enter.
- Notifications: reminders are scheduled on the device. The app also requests a Firebase Cloud Messaging token so the device can receive notifications. The token is used only to deliver messages, not for advertising.
How we use it
We use this information to run the app: sign-in, branches and visits, invoices and PDFs, and reminders for the signed-in user. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
Account and work records are stored with Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Messaging) for this app. A PDF is created on the device. It is sent to WhatsApp or another app only when you tap share, and a direct WhatsApp message goes only to a branch phone number you already saved.
What we do not do
- We do not track device location.
- We do not show ads in the app.
- We do not upload your full contact list.
Retention and deletion
Records stay while the account or the record exists. Deleted branches are hidden in the app. You can ask us to delete your account and the data linked to it by emailing the address below. We will delete it unless we must keep part of it for a legal reason.
Children
The app is for security-business operations and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date at the top.
